Temporary marriage contract of Sakinah, daughter of the late ʻAli Asghar son of Qurban ʻAli, and Mulla ʻAli Akbar, the blind, son of the late Mashhadi Ramazan from Qumshah village, for ten lunar years. The mahr is eight tumans, with the condition that one-tenth of it be paid each year.

The author talks about Muhammad Hasan’s insistence on getting married and having no other option, he had suggest to Muhammad Hasan to marry Sultan Khanum, daughter of the late Husayn ‘Ali, who was ten years old. On the back, there is a temporary marriage contract for ten years between Sultan Khanum, daughter of the late Husayn ‘Ali, and Mulla Muhammad Hasan, son of Mulla Asad Allah. The mahr is two tumans.

On behalf of his wife, Mahrukh Khanum, daughter of the deceased Haj Sayyid Ahmad Shalch, Aqa Husaynquli settled, with two of Sayyid Ahmad's temporary wives, whose custodian is Haji Muhammad Jaʻfar Aqa, an eighth of half of the village Kharah-chu and an eighth of a garden in Dizah Jarud for 160 tumans and 5000 dinars. Dated 23 May 1897.
